- Carrot - 2-3
- Milk - 4 cups
- Badam - 25 gms
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Badam essence - 1 tsp
Preparation
- Try to peel the outer skin of the carrot, and also shred the carrot
- Take the shreded carrot and cook it well either in the pressure cooker or in the microwave oven.
- Soak the badam in water and peel the outer skin of it
- Then grind the badam well, and add it along with the cooked carrot.
- Heat the milk in a pan and simmer it for about 20 minutes thenadd the carrot badam mixture to the milk.
- Then add the sugar and finally when the stove is turned off add the essence to it
- Serve it cold.
