Mango Lassi



Mango lassi is famous specially in the mango season, has a great taste and nutritious value. The best thing to remember is that every type of mango will give you different taste, as we all know that in India we have several hundred varieties of mango, so you can alter the variety and get a new taste every time.








Ingredient:-



  1. 1 cup ripe, fresh mango (peeled and diced)





  2. 125 ml/1/2 cup plain, natural yogurt





  3. 125 ml/1/2 cup water





  4. 2 tbsp sugar (or as you require )





  5. cup of ice cubes





Process:-



  • Place all ingredients in the jug of an electric blender or food processor and blend until smooth.





  • Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
