Lemon Tea


Nimbu Ki Chai or Lemon Tea should be said as one of the common recipes of the west but believe it or not this is becoming much common in India too, the simple reason being the every one wants to avoid milk and large quantity which is used in regular Indian tea. Taste is great and one should drink it to keep himself healthy from the effects of tea, however green tea can be used in place on regular tea and special masala can be added as a topping at last.




Ingredients:


  1. 2 Cups water

  2. 1 tsp Tea powder

  3. 1/2 Cup lemon juice

  4. Sugar to taste



How to make Lemon Tea:


  • Put water on heat

  • Add tea powder and lemon juice.

  • Boil it.

  • Add sugar to taste.

  • Lemon tea is ready.

  • Add pinch of special masala (optional)




Special Masala= Lavang + Elaichi + Sauf + Dalchini (All In power form equal amount)
